  • Ability to lead an installation, configure networks, & troubleshoot issues
  • Can train & mentor Entry-Level Technicians Team Members
  • Strong organizational, communication, planning, & execution skills
  • Start and complete assignments without constant supervision, as well as delegate tasks to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Solid comprehension, adaption, & critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent professionalism, customer service, & customer recovery skills
  • One year of experience preferred

CAREERS ACCOUNT MANAGER TEAM MEMBER
